FA Tutoring Procedures

Students may be eligible for tutoring if he/she meets the following criteria:

Students must have been absent from school for 5 consecutive days or have a recurring medical condition where they are absent from school periodically.

Students must bring in a note from a doctor within the first 5 days that he/she returns from school.

Students who are suspended from school for 3 or more days.

Notes:

If a teacher feels as though the student has made up all of his/her work in their class the teacher and parent may sign off that the student does not need tutoring. This would be coded as Home Tutoring – Excused.
